Hangin' TOUGH book

This exploration of the New Kids on the Block's watershed 1988 album Hangin' Tough was published by Bloomsbury Academic in April, 2016. Rebecca successfully pitched the idea, a unique pick for the 33 1/3 series, during an open call. The book is based on extensive research, interviews, and a lifetime as a Blockhead.

As the Director of Content Strategy, Rebecca oversaw the creation of all brand content for Loews Hotels, executing two website re-launches, a mobile website, iPad app, and a new blog design and strategy. She also created a brand style guide and was the gatekeeper of the brand voice for all print and digital communications.

The iconic Las Vegas resort relied on Rebecca's expertise in UX and writing customer-centric booking-engine copy for a redesign of the Bellagio website. The project involved copywriting for entertainment and dining pages, plus different iterations of room descriptions used throughout the booking path.
